NGO Videographer — Cambodia & Southeast Asia

A young boy with black hair wearing a white shirt, reading a brochure or booklet in a wooden room.

Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I am available for NGO and development sector video productions across Cambodia, Southeast Asia and worldwide.

What I offer

I produce field case studies, campaign films, advocacy videos, animation, short-form social media content, event coverage and documentary for international development organisations, NGOs and multilateral agencies across a wide range of sectors including education, gender equality, STEM, healthcare, sanitation, WASH, indigenous communities and environmental conservation.

How I work

I work closely with communications teams during pre-production to ensure a clear brief, agreed outputs and a realistic shooting schedule. On location I work with a light footprint, which is often essential when filming in remote communities or with vulnerable subjects. I am experienced in obtaining the necessary permissions and coordinating with local partners and fixers to ensure shoots proceed smoothly in any environment, including remote provinces with limited infrastructure.

I understand the approvals process and the specific needs of development sector communications - content often needs to serve multiple audiences simultaneously, from social media and donor reporting to advocacy campaigns and senior stakeholder presentations. I deliver in all the formats required.
